Seaside Events, Inc, (the “Sponsor”), the Raiders Entities (defined below), the NFL Entities (defined below), and each of the foregoing’s respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and Offer agencies and each of their respective agents, representatives, and employees (hereafter collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: i) failures or malfunctions whether caused by equipment or programming used in this Offer, human processing error, or otherwise; ii) any claims or causes of action arising out of participation in this Offer or the receipt of any materials pursuant to the Offer; and iii) property damage, personal injury, or death. By participating, participants agree to receive materials from Sponsor and at a time to be determined by Sponsor. In addition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor can void Offer from any individual(s) for failure to pay timely or who are believed to exhibit fraudulent behavior or any attempt to corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper administration of this Offer. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate any Offer (or any portion thereof) for any reason. Except where prohibited by law, any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Sponsor. All issues concerning the construction, validity, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (and federal laws, as applicable), without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws. This Offer begins at 09:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on 10/01/2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/30/2025 (“Offer Period”). The Offer is extended to all guests who book, confirm, and pay a deposit or full payment toward a stateroom on the 2026 Raiders Fan Cruise, presented by Seaside Events March 2-6, 2026 (the “Fan Cruise”) during the Offer Period. Each booked guest in the corresponding stateroom will receive the “Offer”. This “Offer” is open to legal residents of the United States (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the legal age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of processing of their Raiders Fan Cruise booking. Void where prohibited.
The definition of “Offer” includes the following: Each guest listed in any stateroom booked for the 2026 Raiders Fan Cruise during the Offer Period, and either deposited or paid in full during the Offer Period, will automatically receive a 2026 Raiders Fan Cruise MVP Experience during the Fan Cruise.
Fans eligible for this offer will receive reserved VIP seating at select fan event venues, including but not limited to the ship’s main theater, where seating is a part of the fan cruise event program.
As part of the MVP Exclusive perk, each eligible fan will be allowed to designate two (2) Raiders Alumni preferences for the Alumni-hosted dining experience during the Fan Cruise. Assignment of dining with one (1) of the designated Alumni shall be made at the sole discretion of Seaside Events and is subject to availability.
As part of the MVP Exclusive perk, each eligible fan will receive an onboard specialty restaurant dining credit. Specialty dining credits will be applied to the eligible fan’s Royal Caribbean reservation. Dining reservations can be booked directly by the eligible fan in the Royal Caribbean app once the fan has received their Royal Caribbean reservation confirmation number two (2) to four (4) weeks prior to the fan cruise sail date.
Fans will also receive early access to select fan events, excluding the beach party. For the beach party specifically, fans booked under the MVP Experience will be placed on the first transfer available to fans.
As part of the MVP Exclusive perk, each eligible fan will receive an invitation to an exclusive Raiders Alumni Meet & Greet, which will take place on Day 1 of the cruise. The Meet & Greet will last for fifteen (15) minutes at a designated time and location to be communicated to all eligible fans two (2) to four (4) weeks prior to the fan cruise sail date.
This Offer is only valid for new bookings made within the Offer Period and is non-transferable. All guests booked into a stateroom during the Offer Period will qualify for the MVP Experience.
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of MVP Experience is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute MVP Experience with an item or service of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion if the “Offer” described in these Terms & Conditions is unavailable or cannot be provided, in whole or in part, for any reason. The estimated value of the “Offer” represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. The estimated retail value of the “Offer” is $199.00 USD per person. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the “Offer” turns out to be less than the estimated value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any “Offer” awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen “Offer” items. By participating in the “Offer”, as permitted by applicable law, guests (the “Indemnifying Party”) shall indemnify the Released Parties from and against any and all losses, costs, damages, injuries, awards, judgments and liabilities, including but not limited to legal and professional fees, costs, and expenses (“Losses”), incurred by any such Released Party as a result of any claim, suit, proceeding or cause of action asserted against the Released Party by a third party (“Claim”) and shall defend the Released Party against any such Claims arising from: i) any copyright, patent and/or trademark infringement, unlawful disclosure or use or misappropriation of a trade secret or other intellectual property right owing to the Released Party’s use of the information provided by the guests and any corresponding content submitted by such Indemnifying Party; or ii) any breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Indemnifying Party. FURTHERMORE, GUESTS RELEASE SPONSOR AND EACH OF THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUCH GUESTS PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER. BY ACCEPTING THE “OFFER”, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, “OFFER” RECIPIENT (A) AGREES THAT NEITHER THE SPONSOR NOR ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY GUESTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER; FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF “OFFER”.
The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Offer or the Seats awarded thereunder. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Offer in any way.

GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANTS, SPONSOR OR RELEASED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
