We highly recommend flying in March 22, 2025 for your Raiders Fan Cruise in case of unforeseen flight delays. If flying in March 23, 2025 flights should arrive at LGB no later than 12:00pm noon PST. The travel distance between LGB and the Port of Los
Angeles is approximately 15 miles (28 minutes depending on traffic).

Return flights departing on March 30, 2025, should be scheduled after 12:00pm noon local time.

The Las Vegas Raiders Alumni will be posted on the website (subject to change).
We will have scheduled events throughout the cruise where you can interact and meet the Alumni. Undoubtedly, you will see the Alumni on and off the ship throughout the day. We ask you to respect them and allow them their privacy.
Due to the limited amount of time scheduled for each autograph session we only permit one (1) item to be signed per Alumnus. Part of your Fan Cruise Experience will include a gift bag with an 8×11 Alumni bio to be signed by the Alumni during your cruise. Fans may bring one item to be signed in replacement of the 8×11 bio if they choose. Only 1 item can be signed by the Alumni. No exceptions will be made.
We will schedule autograph sessions where you will have time to take pictures with the Alumni. However, we ask that guests respect the privacy of Alumni when not participating in scheduled Raiders Fan Cruise activities.
Approximately 60-90 days before departure of the Raiders Fan Cruise, all guests will receive access to the fan cruise event app which will provide information pertaining to the fan cruise event schedule. Once onboard, a detailed agenda/itinerary will also be provided.

Our Fan Cruise is a specially contracted group with Norwegian Cruise Lines. When booking your Fan Cruise reservation you will receive a unique reservation numbers specific to the Fan Cruise Event. Your Norwegian Cruise Line confirmation number will not be available until 60-90 days prior to departure of your Fan Cruise. Due to this, if you call into Norwegian Cruise Lines reservations with your Fan Cruise Event reservation number it will not show in the Norwegian Cruise Line system until 60-90 days prior to departure. Please call us directly at 725-567-5688 with all questions, concerns, and reservation needs.
All guests will receive their cruise line confirmation number via email approximately 60-90 days before departure. Instructions on how to access your Booking through Norwegian Cruise Lines will be provided so that all guests can complete their Norwegian Cruise Lines online check in which is required by the cruise line.
The Raiders Fan Cruise All Inclusive Package is an enhanced Fan Cruise plus Norwegian cruise combined experience. According to our Guidelines and Pricing Contract with Norwegian, all guests are required to pay the same rate for participation, regardless of age.
Norwegian Cruise Lines require infants be six (6) month of age or older on the day of boarding to sail on a Norwegian cruise. Norwegian Cruise Line’s policy also dictates that a minor or young adult under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom (or a connecting/adjoining stateroom) by a guest 21 years of age or older at the time of boarding.
If a Fan Cruise Reservation is canceled by the Guest within 5 days of booking creation, the Guest will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. For additional cancellation timeline details, please see Terms and Conditions.
Travel Documentation & Regulations
A valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of return) is highly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age. *Note: Passport cards, Real IDs, or any other form of documentation other than what is listed above may not be used. When traveling with children other than your own, you must present a notarized letter signed by the child’s parents granting guardianship and permission for their child to travel out of the country with you. The same applies if you share custody of the child/children – the parent, not traveling, must provide a notarized letter granting permission for the traveling parent to take the child/children out of the country. Your loyalty number should be entered during the pre-boarding registration.
The Latitude membership must be reported to Norwegian Cruise Lines through the online check-in.
We will coordinate special theme nights, and details for attire will be communicated to the guests. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 pm. Visit Norwegian Cruise Lines FAQ for further details.
Norwegian’s team of Accessibility Coordinators have experience in furthering Norwegian Cruise Line’s mission to provide a safe and accessible cruise experience for all guests with special requirements, to the best of our ability and feasible extent.
The Accessibility Coordinators will contact you prior to your cruise as soon as we receive your Accessibility & Medical Questionnaire so that we can try to viably meet your needs and expectations. For guests who cannot walk on their own, a wheelchair, scooter or walker may be the primary mobility assistance aid for getting on and off the ship. Norwegian Cruise Line has a limited supply of wheelchairs onboard. In order to accommodate our guests, Norwegian Cruise Line wheelchairs are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation situations. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wheelchair with you or make rental arrangements with Scootaround. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard are available for emergency rental arrangements and are on a first come first serve basis. Guests with special medical diets and/or food allergies should contact the Access Desk to discuss Norwegian Cruise Line’s policies and procedures concerning special diets and your specific allergies prior to your cruise. Because the vessels are supplied all over the world, it may be easier to meet your specific food allergy requirements in some countries, but very difficult in others. Special dietary requests should be submitted at least 45 days prior to sailing. Any requests inside 45 days cannot be guaranteed. We can arrange to have no sugar and low sodium meals for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available upon request for storing insulin.

Yes, each ship has a fully licensed doctor and nurses onboard. In addition, the onboard medical facilities are staffed and have equipment established by the American College of Emergency Physicians Cruise Ship & Maritime Medicine Section.
Services received from the medical team will incur charges to your shipboard account. They do not accept medical insurance onboard as payment; however, you should file a claim with the travel protection insurance carrier.
Norwegian welcomes our pregnant guests on board, provided you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Should you be 24 weeks, you will not be permitted to sail. The onboard medical facility is not equipped with an Obstetrician/Gynecologist onboard, or equipment needed for prenatal care.
Limited inventory of wheelchair accessible staterooms are not publicly offered, as they are held specifically for Fans with disabilities. To request an accessible stateroom, Norwegian Cruise Line requires the guests acknowledge the need for the ADA stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs form. If you or someone in your stateroom require accommodations, please complete, and email the Accessibility Form to cruisesupport@seasideevents.net.
