Tackle Donald Penn joined the Raiders as a free agent in 2014 after seven years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As a Raider, he started all 66 games he played in and even caught three passes for seven yards, including two touchdowns. He was named to two Pro Bowls while playing for the Raiders.
